I have a double room for rent, Monday to Friday, in a shared, warm, clean and quiet property in Oxmoor, Huntingdon.

The property is currently occupied by full time professionals and is comprised of 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a bathroom, a kitchen and a garden.

The room comes fully furnished, very well maintained and the mattress just been professionally cleaned.

The rent is £500/month, paid at the beginning of each month and that includes all the bills and internet. The deposit is £500 paid at the beginning of the tenancy with a minimum staying of 3 months.

We would like a quiet, full time professional, no friends visiting or over night staying, as we like our privacy and a quiet home.

Tesco Express, B&Q, B&M, McDonalds, KFC are at a 10min walking distance, town centre, Lidl and Aldi at a 30min walking distance.

There are already 3 cars registered at this property but are parking spaces around it as it is the end of the street and the neighbourhood is safe and quiet.

Please be aware that at the property lives full time a cat, in case you do have any allergies but hovering is done on a daily basis and cleaning on a weekly basis.

Maintaining a clean and safe environment is everyone’s responsibility and you will be responsible for cleaning the shared spaces.
