Hi there
Im George and have a beautiful grade 2 property I renovated on the high street of Huntingdon.
The property has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen/open living room.
The bedroom for rent is at the top of the house on the 2nd floor and covers the whole floor to itself (please note there is no door to the floor).
The bathroom which is a wet room is situated on the 1st floor.
The open kitchen and living room are on the ground floor.
Everything in this property is new and I have put a lot of effort in making this home as perfect as can be.
The location is in town and a 10minute walk to the train station. Within the hour to King’s Cross London.
The bridge hotel is next door and there are many pubs and restaurants nearby.
I’m looking for someone that either is working up here Monday-Friday (occasional weekends are fine) or comes here regularly and wants a place to stay while here.
