The house is nicely furnished and well maintained. A cleaner comes in once per week to clean the shared areas. The shared kitchen has dedicated cupboards & fridge freezer space for each room. There is a cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle etc provided.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and two sets of drawers. There is a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, and an additional wc with sink, which is shared with only 3 others. There is a digital tv aerial point and 100 meg of wireless internet included in the price.

The house is licenced with the local authority and has smoke detection, emergency lighting and security in all the rooms. There is plenty of parking and somewhere to secure a bicycle.

It is located in a quiet area, within walking distance of the town centre and 24 hour Tesco. It is near the main bus route giving easy access to the main bus station, St Ives and Cambridge. All bills are included in the rate of £124 per week for single occupancy (or £537 per calendar month).
