I have a very nice, spacious, single room to let in my clean modern house. The room is fully furnished, with a single bed, side table, computer table and chair, with wardrobe space.

The house is very conveniently located in the centre of Huntingdon, just opposite to Cambridge college. Literally few minutes walk into the town centre for the supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. It's just a 15 minute walk from the mainline station and 20 minutes walk to Hinchingbrooke Hospital.

The property is very homely and has a very large kitchen, with plenty of storage space.

I would like to have a tenant move in that is working full time, clean, tidy, and respectful of the rest of the household and neighbours.
We are husband and wife with 2 kids, and I would prefer the female tenant its a request from my wife.

All bills are included in the price of the room, along with the wireless broadband.
