Spacious room in historic town centre

I am able to offer a spacious room as my current lodger is moving out to somewhere closer to his work.

The new lodger should be able to stay for a minimum of 3 months. The room offer is a spacious double room with dressing table, large double bed, 2 chests of drawers and 2 closets! So there is plenty of space for anyone to store their stuff.

The room looks out onto the historic town centre of Godmanchester. Nearby there is Pinny’s cafe, a doctor’s surgery, the One Stop offering nearly everything you could possibly need, a post office and pharmacy. It is just a few minutes from the river, and 20 minutes walk to the centre of Huntingdon and 25 minutes to Huntingdon train station, with services to London, St Neots and Peterborough. There are a number of great walks available, including Cow Lane, Berry Lane, Silver Street, and the Meadows. There is a bus stop, offering services to Cambridge, Papworth, Cambourne and Huntingdon. There is also street parking available.

The room is situated in my delightful 1970s maisonette which has: a walk-in cloak room, kitchen, bathroom (which we will share), and a spacious living room, with dining table and TV. Wi-Fi is available.

I am currently working hybrid.
