Comes furnished with a double bed and drawers. Also a microwave and kettle.
You will have full access to the garden and welcome to use our kitchen to cook and use washing machine.
We have a dog so lodger must like dogs and be comfortable around them.
Location is Godmanchester with good bus and road links to all major roads and writhing walking distance to the train station.
Non smoker is preferable but not a deal breaker.
Rent includes all bills and WiFi access.
