Big double bedroom with a good-sized bathroom (shared with one other very clean and tidy male) on the top floor of a beautiful 3-story 4-bedroom semi-detached townhouse in Brampton, in the gorgeous Brampton Park RAF development. A big shared living room with TV, big sofa, and sound bar. A well-stocked kitchen and lovely dining room with an extra sofa and TV. You'll be living with 2 other housemates, 1 male, 1 female, both very friendly, neat, and tidy.

Loads of wardrobe storage space and built-in drawers. The bathroom has a powerful bath/shower and heated towel rail. There's also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The current housemate is moving out of the room on the 28th February. I can be very flexible with viewing as I work from home. You'll be the third and final person in the house in total. All current housemates are lovely people and all get on very well.

The current housemates are regularly out of the house so it's not a busy house.

I'm looking for a professional person who is neat and tidy and can be trusted. The main thing is that you must be mindful that you're sharing a house with others, for everyone's happiness.

There's a driveway and plenty of parking on the street and it's a very quiet road in Brampton Park. It's a lovely area and the neighbours are all very friendly, too.

This isn't your typical houseshare with grotty rooms. You'll be living in my home, a beautifully decorated house in a gorgeous development, with very courteous housemates.
