Spare room in 5 bedroom house

We have a lovely spare room in our 5 bedroom house with access to a “family bathroom” which we would only use very occasionally. The room is furnished with a chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and a clothing rail. We have a spare sitting room which this person would have access to with a sofa and television.

Only me and my husband live here, both working professionals. We currently do air BnB however we would prefer a more permanent arrangement.
