A bright, spacious ensuite double room will be available in May in a calm and tidy home in Huntingdon. It is ideally located just a short walk from Hinchingbrooke Hospital, the train station, the town centre and the beautiful country park. This space is perfect for a working professional or mature student looking for a peaceful and well-connected place to live.

The room is fully furnished with a new double bed and mattress, built-in wardrobes, and a private ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. I am happy to provide an Ikea desk if you would like a workspace, and a personal fridge can be arranged if needed. There is a small garden at the back, and the country park is just five minutes away for walks or fresh air.

Rent is £725 per month with a £400 deposit. This is for single occupancy only. All bills are included, such as council tax, gas, electric, water and superfast WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. On-street parking is easily available nearby without the need for a permit. There is a handy corner shop at the end of the road, and a regular bus runs to the town and directly to Cambridge.

You will be sharing with just one other respectful and easy-going working professional. This is a Christian household that is smoke-free and drug-free. It is best suited to someone who values a quiet and considerate environment. No couples or overnight guests. Quiet hours are kindly observed from 10pm to 7am.
