New build estate on the border of Houghton & St Ives - close to M11 and motorway connections. Walking distance to Houghton and St Ives. Space for car on the drive. No en-suite but right next door to bathroom. I am out quite a lot with work and socialising and will respect your space and privacy. I have a bed frame and mattress and some draws plus clothing rail but happy to remove if someone would like to bring their own.
