Cosy Bungalow with Dogs

Hi my name is Rosie, I have lived in Hilton for 5 years. Hilton is a lovely rural village, close to St Ives, Huntington, and Cambridge. All with lovely walks and facilities within close distance. I live in a 2 bedroom bungalow with my Cockerpoo and Jack Russell. In the garden, I also have a few guinea pigs and fish in my pond. As you can tell I love animals and would prefer to live with another fellow lover of animals. If you like horses I also have 4 of those, but they are too big to live here with me!

The bungalow itself has a spacious shared shower room, living room and kitchen, which you may use as you wish. Also, a conservatory with a dining table where we can eat dinner which I'm more than happy for you to make yourself at home. Feel free to use the fully enclosed garden, patio, or greenhouse! You may park your car (if you have one) on the large driveway, with plenty of space for visitors down the street. Or if you don't drive, I have a secure shed for your bicycle.

The room offers a double bed, wardrobe, book shelf and a desk. There is full bedding set to use or you may bring your own.

With regards to disability access, my home is completely wheelchair friendly including front ramp into the property, walk in wet room with a sit down shower. There is also, a hygiene toilet, various grab rails within the property and the garden is accessible via the ramp.

I sometimes work from home in the living room, where my desk is and also spend a lot of my time at the stables or outside walking my dogs. I do spend some evenings watching TV or playing Xbox. I do not have paid streaming services, I'm more of an iPlayer girl!

I am open minded to all, with regards to work/business tenants or those who WFH. Ideally, if you're tidy, fun, like animals and easy going then you would be a good fit!
