This is a large beautifully decorated modern room on 1st floor of my private 4 bed house over looking the rear garden and with double bed, desk, smart TV, chromecast, clothes storage, dining table & chair, window blinds and curtains , new carpet and family sized ensuite bathroom with shower / bath

12 mins walk from the town centre the room is not suitable for working shift patterns - normal 9-5 working pattern preferred
Towels and bedding are provided for self changing and use of washing machine
Car parking is limited to non marked bays only - there are usually some available , if not the road close to the side of the house is available for parking, - guest car parking is always at your own risk

This lovely room would suit a professional person, it has a single bed 1990x1070 with shower, basin and toilet all withing the room - see photos
Smart TV, clothes hanging and shelf storage, remote controlled lighting, privacy blinds, curtains & extract ventilation as well as an opening window and balconette door.

The property is my permanent private residence and is kept immaculate

The room includes open storage for clothes and table for working / eating . Towels are provided. Lighting is on remote control. There is another private room with its own bathroom also on the 1st floor. The room is accessed via the front door to the house and enjoys shared kitchen, cooking facilities, fridge and food storage
