A bright and spacious double room is available for rent in a well-maintained, friendly household located in the village of Great Stukeley, 2miles from Huntingdon. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, ample wardrobe and draw space and plenty of natural light, making it ideal for those who like to live in a quiet location but close to all amenities. The village does have a pub.
There is ample parking on the drive or on the street to park, and if you bike there is storage in the shed and easy access. Or if you prefer public transport there are regular buses to Huntingdon or Peterborough. Huntingdon can also be walked to and is 5 minutes away in the car.
The room is in my home where I live with my adult children and two friendly dogs. There is no expectation to look after them, but if you fancy a dog walk there are fields on your doorstep and they are always happy to oblige. The bathroom Kitchen and lounge are shared, and I am happy to make any small adjustments necessary for you to feel comfortable and happy in my home. I’m not opposed to having 1 or 2 children visit or stay over and this can be discussed. You can live as separate or join us as you wish. Ideally no late-night noise or gamers. My son who has a cabin in the garden and daughter are rarely home. I work full-time but two days are from home, and this is the same for my daughter.
I do ask for proof of regular income. I would like you to clean up after yourself when using communal rooms and leave them as you would like to find them. The kitchen has a range cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, grill plate, mixer, blender and dishwasher. Room can be made for your food items. I love to cook so not opposed to providing the occasional meal, cake or loaf of bread to share.

Location
Situated in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, the property is within walking distance of public transport links. It offers easy access to the A1 and A14.
