There's 500 Gbit/s WIFI at the property, and parking on a drive if needed. Driving to Cambridge takes around 30 mins and buses available including Park&Ride into Cambridge from Longstanton or St Ives.

Bills WIFI, water, gas, electric and council tax (band c) are all included which just makes things simpler. There's also a pretty decent garden at the property.

The large room has been taken, by a builder coming to work on a contract at Cambridge airport. But the second room is still available. Would prefer a female just to have some gender balance in the property. Pets and viewings welcome.
