House to rent out

I have a three-bedroom house to rent in a quiet area of Huntington. There is a large park nearby, just a two-minute walk away. The house has two double rooms and one single room. It has gas central heating and electricity for cooking. All the radiators were replaced with new ones about three years ago. There is a front garden and a back garden. A small shed is located in the back garden. There is allocated parking at the back of the house. The house will be unfurnished, and all bills—including gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax, etc.—are not included.
