Room close to city centre

Hi,
We have a room available to let. Literally 2 mins from Sainsbury's and the town centre Unfurnished a new carpet has just been put down. We are in the process of renovating the house it is nearly finished though. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. The room is a double will fit a double bed. No smoking in the house but smokers can enquire we have a garden.

We are 2 females looking for professional, quiet and clean housemate, we have 2 cats, so must like cats. We both work long hours and we want someone quiet and respectful.

References will be required by the landlord and £500 deposit will be sorted with him.
