Double room. Bills included. Quiet location

Double room to rent (bedroom 2 on floorplan). Bills included, including WiFi, Netflix, Disney+ Amazon Prime. Council tax included. There is a bit of wriggle room on price if needed for the right tenant
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, smart TV, desk and clothes rail. I have included pictures from when I moved in but the room has been repainted blue (there is someone in the room atm so unable to take a decent new pic)
Shared bathroom, however there is also a downstairs WC. Shower over bath in upstairs bathroom.
Shared kitchen. There is a washer and a dryer which you are welcome to use. I have an air fryer, slow cooker and microwave as well as electric oven and gas hob. No use of lounge in general. However I’m potentially open to the lounge being used whilst I’m at work.

I have 2 small dogs. They are well behaved and love a cuddle. Someone comfortable with dogs is essential. Happy to consider someone with a pet but my dogs are not good with cats unfortunately.

I am fairly quiet person and like my own space. I’m a shift worker so will be in and out early and late some days.

I have a garden which is just lawn at the moment and is used for the dogs to have a little run around between walks. The dogs are not often left in the house when I’m not there and stay elsewhere when I am at work.
Due to my work this would need to be someone without any criminal convictions, anyone I live with is subject to vetting.
