Double Bedroom

Hi, we are looking for a professional to rent our double bedroom. We both work full time and are a very laid back couple. The room is a large double bedroom (11 foot x 12 foot) with a single bed, wardrobe, shoe rack, bedside table, corner sofa, 50 inch TV, with free view. We are a 5 minute walk to Tesco's, Mc donalds, KFC and the cinema. NO COUPLES. £200 deposit and 1 month upfront (if paid monthly) or £120 (if paid weekly) on the day you move in.
