Mon-Fri - own private annexe

This **Monday-Friday** recently refurbished self contained studio accommodation (for single use only) is a great alternative to a hotel or Airbnb for a professional staying away during the week and returning to their own home at weekends. This studio is private and not shared in any way.

I think the photos speak for themselves, but the room has a kitchenette with fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc. There is no hob, but there is a microwave and air fryer. Plenty of crockery and cutlery provided, along with most other things you could possibly need including tea and coffee. A great comfortable and relaxing space.

There are air conditioning units at both ends of the room for heating or cooling.

Regular cleaning included and towels and bedding provided (bedding changed every other week).

Wifi included of course.

The room may sometimes be used by our family or friends at the weekends, but you are welcome to leave a few clothes and toiletries in the room if you want to.

There are several pubs within walking distance. There is a good bus service and Huntingdon Train Station is only a couple of miles away. Huntingdon Town Centre is approx 35 minutes walk. Hinchingbrooke Hospital 10-15 min drive.

We hosted Monday-Friday lodgers for over 10 years at our last house and most of our previous lodgers were long term and all were very happy staying with us.

References will be required and I'm afraid we cannot accommodate remote workers or weekend stays.
