Large and fully furnished double room. Has double divan bed & mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, & bedside cabinet. There is a TV aerial point in the room. Also plenty of room for a bookcase or similar if wanted. Bills included.
Shared living with Landlady and unlimited wifi fibre broadband. I own and live in the property and am looking for a nice person to rent the room.
Private Parking off-road on my gravel drive.
The house is in the village of Warboys. It is a 4-bed detached house so there is plenty of space. Utility bills (Council tax, Water, Gas, Electric, Broadband, TV licence) are included in the rent so that you know what your outgoings will be. You'll need your own food & toiletries :)
There is a large bathroom next to the bedroom with toilet, sink, shower and separate bath. There is also a toilet downstairs.
Please note that the postcode is PE28 not PE2 - this is in Warboys near Huntingdon, not in Peterborough. There is some public transport but you will likely need a car too.
I have a lady who comes in once a week and will clean the bathroom, vac etc.
The Spar is less than 5mins walk, as is 1 pub and the takeaway, and there is also a dentist, library, baker (great cakes!), doctor, chemist, post office, hairdresser, another pub, etc in the village.
Easy access to A141 to Huntingdon, St Ives & March as well as Cambridge and Peterborough.
I am asthmatic so cannot have anyone who smokes or vapes in the property at all. This means no smokers please even if you never smoke inside. There are no pets at the property however you must not mind pictures of horses! This is a fairly quiet house, not a party house. I will consider pets depending on the pet(s) but cannot have dogs.
I have all the normal items e. g. fridge, freezer, iron & board, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. I have unlimited Wifi fibre broadband.
Shared living space is the bathrooms, large kitchen with table, lounge & separate dining room. There is a front and back garden with patio. I am looking for someone sensible who will take good care of my property. (Council tax is band E).
