Each room mate also has their own individual numbered fridge/freezer, which corresponds to their own numbered bedroom and double kitchen cupboards. The fridge/freezer may be kept in the kitchen or in the bedroom if preferred. Many housemates do this and have a kettle and toaster on top!. There is a private driveway available, as well as ample off road parking. There is also a large storage shed available.
The house is close to Huntingdon town centre and the A1/A14
The rent is £125.00 per week including all bills, TV License and unlimited Wireless Internet Access.
The house is a friendly professional house with all house mates getting on well. The house is a 2 minute drive to the A14 and A1, and has good public transport connections to surrounding areas. The house is close to the Ermine Business Park, Huntingdon Retail Park (LA Fitness, Cineworld, Tesco, Frankie & Benny’s etc.) and the hospital. This is an excellent room that I believe will be taken very quickly.
