I have a very large, furnished double room available in a modern, detached home located near Tesco, Huntingdon. The room price includes all utility bills, council tax, BT infinity (high speed) WiFi internet, a fortnightly cleaner for all shared areas and a gardener. There is a large open plan kitchen / diner with all white goods supplied. There is also a utility room, room for storage, WC and 2 shared bathrooms. There are 6 bedrooms in total in the house. This room is a ground floor bedroom. Limited off street parking is available. A non-refundable application / admin fee of £200 is required. ID and evidence of employment required.
