The lower ground has a basement for some storage, and an exterior door to a public footpath that leads down to the River.

The house has gas central heating and is double glazed throughout. Fibre Broadband available throughout the house.
Outside there is off street parking on the verge/pavement.

This room is available from late July full time & would also suit a professional working Monday – Friday (negotiable on 5 nights)
Couples could also be considered with proportionate increase as well as short term lets.

You will share the house with myself - the live in owner, but as I split time between Hartford and and my girlfriends house and her cats in London.
I occupy the top floor & therefore share the bathroom/kitchen/lounge, but for most of the time, you will have the place to yourself.

The property is 1 minute from the river and open fields and is well positioned: situated on the direct bus route to Cambridge, St Ives & Huntington - it also has good road links to the Midlands, Cambridge, Peterborough (A14/A1). Would suit NHS staff as close to Hinchinbrooke hospital. [RAF Alconbury & Molesworth are also close by]. The mainline railway is under a mile away in Huntingdon, with trains direct into London via Thameslink (St Pancras International) and the Great Eastern lines north/south out of Kings Cross.
