Double Room With En-Suite In Sawtry

Hello,
I have a furnished double room with en-suite in a semi detached house in sawtry. I am a live in landlord at the property. There are two cats and a fish tank at the property. Rent is £380 PCM and includes, driveway parking, wifi broadband, water, gas, electricity, council tax, property and contents insurance. The living area and kitchen is shared, plenty of storage is provided in the kitchen and a second room for storage is available at no extra cost. The house has gas central heating, a small garden of which you're welcome to plant in, a garage which is currently used for storage. Viewing is welcome most evenings and weekends. I am a 26 year old male working locally but I do work long hours and am often home late. Most nights it is just myself at the property but some evenings and nights my girlfriend is also at the property.
