Comfortable room in conveniently located home.

I have a south facing ground floor room (3m x 4. 7m) to rent out. There are 1-2 others in the house (currently myself and my 20 yr old son).


The room is spacious and comfortable with a nice thick carpet. The price includes electricity, gas, water, council tax and high speed Wifi. Sky Multiroom can be made available as well. There is parking available in the residents car park.

The house is located in Sapley - a handy location in a quiet area, but only a two minute walk to Tesco, cinema, gym, restaurants and shops. There is easy access to the A14 / A1, and less than 10 minutes drive to the train station via new link road. It is also in a good location for fast access to local military bases including RAF Wyton and Alconbury.

There is a good sized kitchen with dining area, but no living room currently as your room is the living room (but see below) The bathroom has a shower over bath, with really good water pressure, and there is also a downstairs toilet.

There are 2 garden rabbits but no dogs or cats.

There will be a double bed, a large canvas wardrobe, a bookcase, a TV unit and 2 small chests of drawers in the room - some or all of this can be removed if required. I will need to take up references and a deposit.

I am well travelled and friendly but quiet at home although enjoy a good kitchen table natter! I work full time.

Please, no smokers as the smoke smell just never stays outside.

If someone travels a lot and does not need the room full time, or if you have professional level gardening or DIY skills you are happy to share then I would be happy to negotiate a lower rent. :-)
