The room is available immediately and is in a clean and tidy home. comes with use of living room with sky tv and also wifi. i also live at the property but I'm very easy to get on with and at work most of the day
You will have full use of the house including living room and garden so you won't be confined to your room like some of the places.
I do have 2 dogs but they are very clean and when I'm not staying at the house they will be with me so you will not be expected to look after them
