Short walk from Hinchingbrooke Hospital/School

The house is a short walk from Hinchingbrooke Hospital (2 minutes) and Hinchingbrooke School (10 minutes). I work at hinchingbrooke hospital, so most of the lodgers are doctors/nurses/therapists at hinchingbrooke but any professionals/students are welcome.

One large and one small single room available. The rooms are non-smoking, spacious and furnished.

There is a living room with a sofa and TV (with Netflix!) a kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a small rear garden with deck and outdoor lighting.

Hinchingbrooke Country Park is just behind the house, and the local shop is a 5 minute walk. There is a bus station near the house with buses to the town centre, St Ives and Cambridge.
