1 double room in rural location

Hello, We are a couple with 1 child (age 5) ,3 cats, 2 ponies and 1 horse, a lot of chickens and 9 ducks. We are looking for someone who doesn't mind the odd toy being on the floor and ponies who like to wait at the back door for a carrot.

The property is large and has a good sized garden which is fully enclosed and a paddock area of approximately 2 acres - someone green fingered wouldn't be refused. The property is situated a few metres from the A14, although it is pretty well sound proofed, it's still very rural so you'll need a car (unless you love walking!).

Would probably suit someone during the week who visited friends/family over weekends but generally open. Couple welcome for an extra £100 (£550 total). Obviously friends/shift work is welcome, as are access to children, We are quite flexible on options.

Price includes all bills including sky and broadband (although this is temperamental sometimes!!) and is obviously not including food). I work full time but work from home quite a lot and my partner works full time as well. I would prefer English speakers.
