Furnished double room by Tesco

This is a furnished double room on the first floor of a large, detached house near Tesco in northern Huntingdon. There is a shared kitchen, living room and utility room in the house. The price includes all bills, council tax, internet, fortnightly clean of communal areas and a gardener. There is ultra high speed internet. There is a lock on the room door for privacy and security, double bed, chest of drawers and large fitted closet. The house is located just a few minutes walk to Tesco, the cinema and other local retail outlets. Due to council licensing requirements for maximum occupancy of shared properties I cannot accept couples. I do not accept pets or DSS. Employed people only. No deposit, £200 application fee to cover viewings, administrative paperwork, condition report, induction to property, key release, move out inspection.
