Hi there. I have a very comfortable single room available in a 3 bed Victorian house. The room has side table and cupboard space, there is also a fabric wardrobe for use if required. The rent will include all bills and wifi/ virgin tv/ cleaner. The house has a newly refurbished shower room and toilet upstairs and a bathroom and toilet downstairs. The kitchen has usual appliances, all the utensils and kitchenware you need. There is a garden and storage space in a shed and outbuilding. There is parking out front or across the road down a side road. The house is a 5-10 min drive max to Huntingdon train station and a short walk to the local supermarket and pubs etc. The other lodger is Monday to Friday and is a working professional. There is a dining room and separate lounge. This is a perfect location for anyone working on the a14 project or working in Huntingdon or Cambridge or north in Peterborough and surrounding areas as location is 2 minutes to the a14. Excellent bus routes also. If you have any questions please just ask. The room is very well suited for a Monday to Friday lodger.
