Double Room to rent in bluntisham

I have a double room to rent in the village of Bluntisham,
It's a quiet village but has many amenities, in walking distance including gym, shop garage, cafe, chip shop hair dressers, barbers, carwash.
semi detached property but not overlooked , fields at the front & back so lovely views.
I have a golden retriever If you have fur allergies or just don’t like animals please don’t apply. I also have 2 Batam chickens in the wooded area.
I would like a person thats professional, friendly ,outgoing ,clean & tidy.
A car is a must as the buses are few but easy access to Cambridge , & the local towns .
The room is furnished with double bed ,fitted cupboards, drawers also includes clothes airier, a TV is available ,the bathroom is shared with the other lodger,
The kitchen is fully equipped you will have a fridge freezer to share with the other lodger,
You will be very welcome to share the lounge area.
Plenty of off road parking.
