The room will be available very shortly as my Mon-Fri lodger for the past four+ years is leaving his job.

The room is a spacious double with its own private en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and Silentnight Mirapocket 1200 mattress (a Which best buy), a 24" TV, deep pile carpet, bedside tables and dimmable lamps, desk, desk lamp, height-adjustable chair, occasional chair, mirror and clothes rack.

You can also enjoy occasional use of the lounge and dining area, which is stylishly decorated and furnished with a super comfortable La-Z-Boy sofa and electric recliner, dining table and chairs, 50" TV and surround sound.

The house is a modern two-bedroom end-terrace property.
It is nestled in a very quiet cul-de-sac of around four houses, which forms part of a fairly new and well-kept neighbourhood. The area is very safe and peaceful both during the day and at night. The house is just minutes from nearby A-roads (A14, A1307, A1198) and five minutes' drive to Huntingdon rail station. Parking is available in front of the house or in front of the double garage round the corner.

You would be sharing the house with a very quiet, kind, mature finance professional in his thirties. He is hard-working and enjoys football and golf at the weekend.
