The house is nicely furnished and well maintained. A cleaner comes in once per week to clean the shared areas. The shared kitchen has dedicated cupboards & fridge freezer space for each room. There is a cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle etc provided.

The room has a single bed, although the room is large enough to accommodate a double bed for single occupancy if required. There is a pine wardrobe and pine chest of drawers. (additional furniture can be provided if required) There is a digital tv aerial point and 100meg of wireless internet included in the price.

The house is fully licenced with the local authority, it has smoke detection, emergency lighting and security in all the rooms. There is plenty of parking and somewhere to secure a bicycle.

It is located in a quiet area, within easy walking distance of the town centre and 24 hour Tesco. It is near the main bus route giving easy access to the main bus station, St Ives and Cambridge.

All bills are included in the rate of £89 per week (or £385 per calendar month).
