Good sized double room furnished with bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest. The house has WIFI, gas central heating, double glazing and has separate W/C and bathroom which has a shower over the bath. It has a combi boiler meaning strong water pressure for the shower, and there is an electric shower as back up. All bills are included except consumables (light bulbs, cleaning products etc). There is a cleaner once a week. The house is 20 minute walk to town - 10 minutes to St Peters Road Industrial Estate and has a bus stop outside. There is plenty of street parking. No smoking is allowed in the house, but there is a sunny rear patio with chairs. This is a quiet house, the current housemates don't hold parties, and only have a few visitors.
