An airy double room with ensuite available within a family household of 2 people in a well-equipped village. Sharing the house is a small friendly spaniel who is not allowed upstairs. There are practicing musicians in the house and other musicians are welcome.

Shared living space and kitchen, free wifi and all bills included. Bedding and towels are provided. You will have full use of the kitchen, laundry area and garden.

Very close to the Science Park, 20 min cycle to centre of Cambridge, 40 min cycle down mostly traffic free route (busway & Chisholm trail) to Addenbrooke's, 35 mins for shorter route in traffic. Good location for bus routes into town, close to A14 and M11.
