Double Room in Impington

I have a large double room available for rent in my newly renovated home. The room is currently furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and side tables (and there is space for additional furniture as required). 
The house has a kitchen/ dining room, bathroom with large walk-in shower, laundry room, downstairs toilet, and lounge. There is a small garden and plenty of free on street parking on the doorstep. Everything from the radiators to the carpets are brand new as the house has been renovated in the last few months. The house is in a quiet location next to a park and a 5 minute walk from Histon village centre. It has easy access to Cambridge and is a 2 minute drive from the A14. 
You will be sharing with me a 28yo woman. I work Monday-Friday with one day a week from home and enjoy baking, cycling and climbing in my spare time. 
All bills including fast internet come with the room.
