Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going, clean, housemate to join me in my spacious 3- bed home. I am a private tenant and you'd be joining the tenancy agreement through an estate agent.

You’ll have:

✅ A large double bedroom (upstairs)
✅ Your own private shower room & toilet (downstairs)
✅ A separate outbuilding as your dedicated office space (attached to the property)
✅ Parking available

There is a small built in wardrobe in the bedroom. No other office or bedroom furniture included.

The house has a shared (fully equipped) kitchen and cozy living room, and I’d love to live with someone who’s up for the occasional hangout—maybe cooking together or putting the world to rights over a drink! I have furnished the lounge, kitchen and garden.

I work in Cambridge and live with my low-maintenance cat. My current housemate and I are both professionals who work 3 days a week from home, so I’m looking for someone similar. We will each have our own bedroom and office. I am not open to sharing with more than one person.

Rent is half of the £1500pcm and bills included are: water, gas, electricity, internet, council tax, TV license.

The busway is a 20 minute walk away where you can get the A and B in to town, the number 8 bus stops outside the village college (5 mins walk away) or you can cycle in to Cambridge or along the bus way to Cambridge North in 15 mins.
