A large furnished and centrally heated double room available to rent in a large friendly family house. Room includes, double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, book case, lamps, easy chair, desk and chair. There is access to a fully equiped kitchen and living room.

The house is on the north side of Cambridge close to the A14, good bus links to Cambridge, including CRC, the university and science park etc. There is off road parking, plus secure parking for bicycles.

Rent includes central heating and all bills as well as Wi-Fi. There is access to cable TV but you would need your own box.

We are a small family with grown children and have been renting a room in Cambridge for some 9 years now.
