Rooms available in elegant & inviting house

I live in Isleham, in a big beautiful house with large open plan kitchen/dining room, large living room with wood burner, a large drive for parking and large enclosed garden.

Due to various factors, I am opening up my house to potential house mates.

I have a number of rooms that are not being used frequently and so I am looking to offer them for rent.

The largest room has its own en-suite and views overlooking the garden.

The second also has views of the garden and shares the main bathroom with its own stand-alone shower.

The third is a cosy room, overlooking the front of the house and gets great views of the sunrise out the window. It also shares the main bathroom.

I will consider all applicants including couples but reserve the right to decline as I have two young children that come to stay with me every other weekend and visit me one evening per week.

I am very house proud and a professional in the Aerospace industry. I am also the CEO of my own company and operate a recently established 24/7 Gym - Oath + Iron.

I have two cats, Webster and Otty that keep me company.

For the most part I enjoy a peaceful atmosphere in my house. Listening to music and preparing food. As a gym owner, I train frequently myself and like to eat well.

Fridays and the weekends I enjoy a takeaway, BBQ and a few drinks or glasses of wine. A good movie - or even a bad one!

I have a number of hobbies and interests and enjoy chatting about various things.

I like to think I am fun, chilled and create a friendly environment for those that are around me.

Bills are included for reasonable use of the utilities.
