Spacious room in quiet village close to Ely

We are three adults looking for a single person to join our household. Husband, wife and adult son occupy a large detached house in the quiet village of Little Downham a little over 3 miles from Ely.

There is limited public transport from the village so some sort of vehicle will be required by anyone interested in the room.

The room is very large and has essential furniture but has plenty of space for some additional items. You will have almost exclusive access to the large bathroom next door. The kitchen, that will be shared with the family is large and airy with brand new oven, hob, and dishwasher. There is a washing machine and dryer however excessive use will incur additional costs.

The house has parking on the road, which is quiet with little traffic. There is open countryside at the end of the lane and plenty of places for walking. There are two pubs that are about 5 minutes away - one serves excellent Thai food.

There is a small, very private courtyard garden where washing can be dried. A table and chairs are available for alfresco dining.

We have two young cats, tropical fish and an occasional dog visits! These should not bother any tenant so long as bedroom doors are kept closed.

All bills, WiFi and regular cleaning is included in the rent.
