Double room to let

I have a wonderful 4 bed town house. I’ll be a live in landlord. Looking for relaxed and engaging professionals. There will be 3 people in total living here so it won’t be crowded.

All bills included. The bathroom will be for the two rooms let. There is also a toilet on the bottom floor. Room can be changed to suit needs, furniture, bed, pictures etc.

There’s a large living room, small garden and a large kitchen and dining room. Ample storage in the garage if needed.

Parking isn’t an issue. Paxton Pits nature reserve is less than a kilometre away. Train station to London is about a mile away.

I do have a very friendly and intelligent Dalmatian, I will consider pets. I know how difficult it is to find shared accommodation that accepts them.

Oh and I work for Starbucks so there’s always fresh coffee on offer :)
