Hi and welcome to Skipper Way. I am a professional female that works from home but also travels a fair amount. I am looking for a female roomie who likes peace, quiet, great sleep, and a safe, comfortable, modern place to stay.

I travel a lot and may not be in the apartment for weeks and some months at a time, so there's every chance you get to enjoy the apartment to yourself at a fraction of a cost of running your own home.

The apartment is tranquillity at its finest. The first-floor apartment has stunning river views, inviting you to unwind in style amidst a peaceful and exclusive setting. A stone's throw from the local nature reserve, plenty of nature is right on the doorstep, with the city of Cambridge only 30 minutes drive away and under an hour's commute into central London.

The apartment has a furnished double bedroom and a shared shower room. The open-plan kitchen and dining area seamlessly merge a modern design with all the necessary amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi.

There is a carport with space for an additional car close to the building.

About Little Paxton...
The village has a CO-OP and a pub plus a hotspot for nature lovers. The town of St Neots only minutes by car has many eateries. There is a riverside park an open space to walk and with trails along the river to adjourning villages.
Supermarkets: Tesco, Waitrose, Aldi and Lidl are within 10 minute drive. Roadlinks: The A1, A45, A428, M11, and M1 are all within a 20-minute drive. Airports: Stansted and Luton both reachable in 45-50 minutes.

Transport nearby
St Neots railstation is closest only 6 minute drive which offers services to Peterborough and London.
Buses are frequent and run between Milton Keynes/Bedford and London.
