Double Room Little Shelford close to Addenbrookes

Sunny double room to let in 17th Century Farmhouse in Little Shelford, The room has nice views over the garden and fields beyond. The room is furnished with a double bed, new mattress, two chests of drawers, small wardrobe and 2 bedside units. I can swap out any of this furniture as needed. There is large eaves storage behind the bed.

I live at the property full time and the rest of the house will be shared with me:
There is a large living room downstairs with wood burning stove, sofas and TV.

There is a large kitchen diner with washing machine, dishwasher, usual appliances, large farmhouse table, sofas and another wood burning stove.

Upstairs there is also a secondary reception room which will have sofas in it.

There is a large bathroom with shower over bath.

Two further rooms downstairs are reserved for my own use.

The garden is very large and you can use as much or as little of it as you wish, including the greenhouse, garage / bike shed, parking, vegetable patch etc.

Preference is for an LGBT, gay or alternative, vanlife type person. I have long hair, tattoos and ride motorbikes and have been an occasional smoker for 20 plus years.

This is a very old, quirky house, nothing in it is straight, however the ceiling height is very good for this type of property.
