The property
This room to rent is situated in a gorgeous recently refurbished 3 bed detached Edwardian house, in Littleport. It’s a short 2-minute walk to village centre, and a leisurely 15 minute walk to the train station (which connects to Ely, Cambridge, and London).

There is a very friendly cat at the property, but with no litter box indoors. For this reason I cannot accept anyone looking to rent with a pet I’m afraid.
There’s plenty of off-street parking available, all bills are included.

The room
Your room is a spacious double, and includes bills. Please note the room is single occupancy only, I cannot accept couples.

There are currently two of us living at the property, both women in their 20s. We are looking for another female housemate, between 24 - 35. This would be a 6 month rental, with the possibility to extend. Any questions please ask!
