I have a super cute, very large room available to rent in a lovely two bed edwardian first floor flat.

The room comes unfurnished but my current flatmate would be willing to sell her bed and mattress for a low cost; there is also a local antique/jumble shop and a charity shop that are both regularly selling furniture.

The rent is £509.50 pcm excluding bills.
Bills can come to around £205 each, but are scattered through the month and vary depending on the season (usually cheaper in the summer months). Council tax band A.

-available early to mid june
-comes with parking
-flat is furnished (excl bedroom)
-15 min walk to station
-very close to local shops
-huge room

I am looking for someone clean and friendly to take this room. I would prefer someone female or LQBTQ+ of any gender identity.
