Comfortable, good sized, furnished with very comfortable bed, double room in large detached house with courtyard garden. A few minutes walk from mainline station with regular access to Cambridge and London. Off street parking. Close to local supermarket and buses. Use of all facilities in pleasant, airy, nicely furnished older style home. Bills included. In residence owner works some evenings. All facilities expected in a comfortable home including dishwasher, freezer, microwave, utility room. Large shared bathroom . Broadband included but do not watch TV so no TV licence and you would need to obtain your own. Absolutely no smoking I'm afraid. I am a mature student and qualified English teacher, I also work as a physio. Sometimes entertain family and friends and adult children visit and occasionally stay especially during university holidays. I am an easy going friendly, flexible person in my late forties, I dance and I keep fit so you might trip over my trainers or dance bag in the hall sometimes but generally I am pretty tidy.
