TV 42 inch + satellite TV ,desk and chair kingsize bed or x2 singles (if needed by sharing students).
Own fridge and kettle. Off street parking for 1 car in addition to current residents. Full use of separate multi gym and sauna if wanted.
Not included: all consumables and use of house telephone.
