For long term stays:

I require 400 deposit to secure the room. One months rent , 410 the day you move in.

We have a cleaner for communal areas (bathroom/kitchen/hallway).

I'm easy going happy to accept students/gay/straight people :)

WILL NOT CONSIDER PEOPLE ON BENEFITS, DUE TO PREVIOUS NON-PAYMENT. No pets please.

I work full time as a community Nurse. My room is downstairs (I have an extension on this 4 bedroom property).

I let 3 rooms out. 2 Double rooms upstairs and 1 single room downstairs. I have built a little kitchenette in the entrance hall which has a fridge freezer so food storage is not an issue. This is a very spacious house :-)

Any questions let me know. Rent includes all bills!!! & wifi

I'm 5 mins walk to Littleport Train station. The trains run every 20mins into Cambridge. Last train home at weekends is 00. 15.

I do have a small dog, she's very quiet and extremely well behaved :)
