The room for rent is a double room with access to the family bathroom which would be at the renters sole use while only two people are in the property. There is an additional third bedroom which may be used to house guests for a night or weekend.
There is a small garden and plenty on parking outside the property. The house is situated on a new build estate on the edge of Littleport; close to the A10 and, 20mins walk away from the station with it's main line route to Cambridge and London. It is a quiet neighbourhood and there is a generous shared kitchen and living room.

I am a young female professional who is clean, sociable and family orientated. I like going to the gym during the week and spending my weekends either relaxing at home or visiting/having round my friends and family.

I would be looking for someone who is a professional, tidy and a non-smoker.
