Spacious detached house in Littleport. Walking distance to large co-op. One stop on train from ely, two from Cambridge North (20 mins)/ Cambridge. (25 min). Off road parking, large drive way and garden to rear.

By Car: 45 min commute to both Cambridge and March. 20mins from Mildenhall. 7 min drive to Ely.

The kingsize mattress is only a month old. The room is at the back of the house and gets morning to afternoon sun, warm & quiet with birdsong. Plenty of storage.. Tripple wardrobe lots of space. The room is very large and pictures do not do it justice! The room has its own en-suite comprising of toilet, shower and low basin. Garage storage for bikes. Access to a main bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower; shared with only two other persons, a smaller loo also available downstairs.

Looking for a clean and considerate individual. Do not apply if you are adverse to pushing a hoover round weekly or rinsing a bath. We share the chores to make it lighter, but it’s important everyone does their share to keep the peace. :) Not too many rules though, just common sense and consideration.

We have a ginger cat called rocket who comes and goes as he pleases. We all share the responsibility of feeding 'Rocketman’ as and when he demands: checking his water bowl. He’s not too cuddly unless you take time to bond with him, generally he sleeps and comes and goes as he pleases. If you brush him, he will be your best friend. He will leave you alone if you shut your door.

All household items included, cooking/kitchen stuff, clothes horses, and an Iron and board. Living room has a sofa bed and enough seating to accommodate 5-6 people comfortably, a breakfast bar and high stools too.

Sometimes we party, or watch films together or go out somewhere, but this is rare and optional and we will respect if you wish to be left alone also. We are very chilled out. Our interests are music, art, photography, and ice hockey/sports. We are very chilled and are looking for a nice person to join our home.

Couples will be considered for a higher rental charge to cover extra usage/costs. All bills are included apart from your share of Council Tax which runs for ten months of the year, £50 pcm. This payment is for government services such as emergency and refuse collection.

We have fast broadband and chromecast / amazon prime / Netflix.

25 min walk to the train station which is a direct line to Kings Lynn, Ely, Cambridge and London. Bus connections also from very close to house bus stop.
